Official Opening
On Saturday 29th May many of the local community, funders and other supporters joined the Directors at the Opening ceremony.
Former Cllr Ewen MacKinnon did the honours and cut the ribbon. The children of Shieldaig primary School demonstrated some of the activities they can now enjoy and they were followed by the tennis and football stalwarts. Just to help to show how good this Court is, the weather decided to turn wet and windy but this didn't deter the users or the spectators.

The speeches were short and welcoming, the activities great fun and the BBQ which followed was in the finest traditions of BBQs across the UK.
